Kansas Blue Cross chairman re-elected

Steven D. Marsh, a certified public accountant from Wichita, was re-elected to a one-year term as chairman of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas board of directors at its annual meeting here Thursday.

Gary D. Shorman, Hays, was re-elected to a four-year term on the board and also will serve a second one-year term as vice chairman. He is president of Eagle Communications in Hays.

Other directors elected to four-year terms were Leon J. Boor, a retired administrator for Memorial Hospital, Abilene; Andrew C. Corbin, president of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas, Topeka; and, Susan M. Smith, vice president, Gossen Livingston Architecture, Wichita.

Other members of the board are Dr. James M. Alley, III, Wichita; Robin R. LacKamp, Concordia; Diane L. Lee, Hutchinson; Edward J. Miller, Iola; Louis E. (Gene) Mosiman, Topeka; Robert L. Mullen, Lyons; Dr. Thomas C. Simpson, Sterling; Steve W. Sloan, Pittsburg; Dr. Cathy Mih Taylor, Chanute; and, Kenneth W. Winter, Dodge City.
