LJ Frederickson

LJ Frederickson has been the Director of State Employee Health Benefits and Plan Purchasing since October 9, 2006.
Frederickson is a seasoned benefits professional with broad experience spanning the non-profit, public, and private sectors.
She has an exceptional background in designing and administering benefits programs, operating a self-insured workers compensation program and a compensation and risk management program.

Prior to KHPA, Frederickson was Manager of Corporate Benefits and Retirement at the RAND Corporation in Pittsburgh, PA, a multi-national research firm.
Between 1990 and 1999, she managed benefits, worker”s compensation, and payroll for the Minneapolis, MN Public Schools.
Frederickson has also managed benefits in at RJ Associates in Minnesota and Brush Wellman, a defense contractor located in Ohio.

Frederickson received her bachelor”s degree from the University of Minnesota.
